These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Captain Kris LLC (“Captain Kris,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By affirmatively opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Program Description
The Captain Kris LLC SMS program may send messages related to your inquiry or requested services, including appointment or showing confirmations, waterfront property information, boat-access or property-consultation updates, transaction or service communications, follow-ups, and other information you request.

By opting in, you authorize Captain Kris LLC to send recurring text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using automated technology where permitted by law. Your consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
